Mac Mail - mail from one pop3 not showing up

Hello everyone,

I set up a few new Pop3 accounts in Mac Mail, and the two new ones I set up seem to be acting strangely...

When I send email to the email address of these accounts, I can receive the email fine via my webmail interface.

However, when I check on my Mail program, I do not get those emails in my inbox.

When I 'ctrl' click and see the Information/Details for the account in question in Mail... and check the 'messages on the POP server', and 'messages downloaded to mac', they match up. The email I had just sent in the above test, appears in both lists. However, I can't find the email in question on my Mac anywhere!

I have also checked inside of my Junk folder to see if maybe it was flagged as junk and deleted... But I don't see it anywhere...

Any help appreciated on this! Driving me crazy...
