macbook pro built in camera question

Hello. I'm new. I just bought a macbook pro, but I've used a powerbook g4 for the past 4 years.

My question is,

on my new macbook there is a built in camera. My girlfriend would like to use it for video conferencing on Skype. Is there any way to do this? I've tried to figure it out, but Skype doesn't seem to recognize the camera for some reason. Any help would be great! Thanks!

For skype-video, skype v2. is needed. For mac, the latest version is 1.4. For now, there's no video conferencing using skype & mac.
