Mail keeps on asking to create an account

Mail keeps on asking me to set up my mail account. It pops up once in a while (a few times a day) and I don't know how to tell him I don't want to do so. The only option I have is to enter my email credential or to cancel (which pushes the problem a few hours forward).
It started a few weeks back and I am not sure where it comes from but I suspect it is link with the fact that I set up my Calendar account to have calendar notification.

Can I tell Mail that I never want to see him again?

Open /Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access.app and find the Google Mail passwords and delete those entries. Then sign in Google again and put back in your username/password to log into and re-save the Google entry.

OOPs on my count. I was quickly going on and was just looking at the other post about Google maps (that you replied to) and had to many tabs opened up.

To the op just try doing the tried fix on your Mail account passwords. Then see if that work, Good Luck.
