Mouse Connectivity Stops (Bootcamp)

While booting up into Windows XP via Bootcamp, I often hear a familiar USB disconnect sound, followed by my mouse and keyboard not working. This sound will continue for a few iterations, and then will follow with a USB connect sound. At that point, my mouse/keyboard functionality is back.

This is very annoying. I am running the latest version of Bootcamp. Is there anything I can do to fix the situation?

Try reinstalling your bluetooth drivers that you burned onto a cd.

I'm going to safely gather that this doesn't happen in Mac OS X and if not then it won't be a hardware issue.
