When I mouse-over a finder window (docs, etc.) , OR a web page, that is not big enough in the frame, the image scrolls right --to the end, as if I was dragging the bar at the bottom. Just moving the mouse over any part of the window causes it. Haven't changed any settings; can't find anything in mouse settings that would apply. Web search negative so far.
