MP3s from Windows to MAC

If I have all my MP3 files saved on a flash drive will everything go smoothly as far as just putting them on the flash drive from my windows computer and loading them up on the MAC... is that all there is to it or is there more to it than that? just one of the many questions I have before converting to MAC
 
That's all. They're just audio files in a standard audio format. If they were WMA files, that would be a different story. Since they're MP3s, you'll be fine. Just open iTunes.
