Ive had an imac and macbook for a couple years now and never had any problems. I use a netgear router and use airport to connect to the internet for both. That is until christmas. For some reason my macbook cant stay connected for very long, sometimes only minutes. I have no problem with the imac and my iphone stays connected just fine as well.
I thought it might be a problem with the macbook, but Ive taken it to work and it connects and stays connected to the wifi there absolutely fine.
Im at a complete loss as to why the macbook wont stay connected. Sometimes it doesnt even see my network in network preferences, and a lot of the time when it does find it, it wont connect and gives me a timeout messgae or invalid password message.
Anyone had similar problems and found the cause?
