OS X Server installation problems

I'm trying to setup an Apache web server on my G4 with OS X Server but I can't get OS X Server 10.1 installed. I'm using a G4 (PCI version), 192 MB ram and 10GB IDE HD. When I boot up from the OS X Server 10.1 CD, I see the Mac icon, but then what looks like a x-terminal is displayed over the stratup screen. It reads:

panic(cpu 0): nfs_boot: no suitable interface

Options.... Type
------------- -----
continue... 'c'
reboot...... 'r'

Pressing 'c' or 'r' doesn't do anything.

I have tried removing all my additional PCI cards and resetting the PRAM, but it didn't help. I have also fomatted my hard drive as one HFS+ partition or as Drive Setup's "Mac OS Server UFS" default configuration but that didn't make a difference.

I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
