I'm trying to share my HP LaserJet 1200 (conneted through USB to my G4 using Mac OS X Server 10.1) with the rest of my network. I have it configured to work over both LPR and SMB. I can get it working with my macs, but not my PCs using SMB. The PCs can file share with the OS X Server and even add the printer no problem. Everything appears fine, but printing over SMB on a PC doesn't work properly. The print queue appears to be sent to the G4 since Print Monitor on the server registers 1 new print job, but only for an instant and then immediately changing back to 0. Also, it appears that the print job is not spooled on the PC since printer queue window never displays a new job. The printer is also postscipt compatible. I've tried everything I can thing of on both the server and the PCs but I can't get it working. I would really appreciate any help.
