I have a very strange problem. I have a macos x 10.6.2 server on a macpro hardware. All my clients are 10.6.2
I use the machine as a server that has a RAID 0 to write all my data fast on its hard foe everyday work and a time machine disk that backups the disk to an external SATA disk.
Yesterday I needed to restart the machine and during shutdown the machine could not shutdown, so I had to power it of "the hard way".
After the reboot I had lost 2 days work. All my data that was 3 days old and older was in my disk, but the newer was gone. As this machine works for some people here I do not know if someone did something (delete) to the server from the network. I tried to undelete files but there was nothing as the data never written to the disk.
Also I use mainly QuarkXpress 8.1.2 for my work.
