reverse movie playback

I have a mov file that I want to play back reversed and integrate in my powerpoint presentation. Is there any way I can somehow invert the playback "direction" of the file and save it? I have quicktime pro under 10.3.4.

I think iMovie will let you reverse a clip as a special effect.

And QTPro will let you "loop back and forth" on a clip, but I don't know of a way to 'save' it in reversed form.

... you can do this with Final Cut Express or Final Cut Pro ...
