K kudatz Registered Oct 13, 2005 #1 Hi, I recently reinstalled OS X 10.3 and since then, Safari wont operate. The desktop Safari icon will bounce only once and the top tool bar opens. Nothing else appears or is functional regarding Safari...any help is appreciated.
