I have my online company onemotion.
and we provide hosting and web design, and how do I send emails every month to my customers, of the monthly cost etc.
what program do I need?
does it cost?

Are the costs the same every month, or are they flexible and depandable on certain services that the customers use?

If the costs are the same every month, I think it might be possible with Mail combined with an Apple Script (not 100% sure though)

no sorry (forgot to say), the cost depends on what the customer provides.

How are you keeping track of the costs/bills? Some sort of database or spreadsheet perhaps?
