Running an Xserve with 10.3 on it. A couple of Windows clients are not able to access particular files. When I check the files, the group permisions are set to Read Only.
It seems the only way to change the permissions on these files is to make the actual file a share point, which I don't want to do.
I have tried "in herit permissions from parent" and also "apply chnages to subfolders" and neither seems to affect the SMB/Windows permissions on the files....
It's Panther, so i don't have ACLs
How do I do this?
Thanks
Phil
