Hi
Everytime I login to my (or any) account some mysterios process is searching the harddisk for something it can't find?
The console window always presents me with the following little message;
Mac OS X Version 10.1.3 (Build 5Q45)
## Component Manager: somone is attempting to find symbols in a component alias of type (imco/SVQ3/SMI )
## Component Manager: somone is attempting to find symbols in a component alias of type (imco/SVQ3/SMI )
## Component Manager: somone is attempting to find symbols in a component alias of type (imco/SVQ3/SMI )
It would be interesting to know which program has the creator code of 'SVQ3'. Or maybe there's a way to see which process is doing the search?
It's very disturbing to have the computer search through the whole harddisk for something it can't find everytime I login. Slows the whole login process down like h..l :-(
I'm happy to discuss any ideas about this problem, cause I don't won't to re-install the whole system just because of this. I seems too stupid in my eyes.
Let's solve it!
