Strange Console log and some apps won't open

I have some problems opening some apps and a strange Console log

I have tried to fix permissions etc. The same apps will open on my other computer with the same OS X. Here is some of the Console log:

Try disabling StuffIt's Magic Menu via StuffIt's Preferences. Log out and back in, or restart, whichever you prefer -- I prefer a restart.
