Have any of you noticed an strange behavior by the finder that sometimes force it to be in front -even if you try to start up a program etc. If i then relaunch the finder the strange behavior goes away!
I'm not on Panther, but I had a similar problem when I upgraded to 10.2.5 until I repaired permissions. That fixed it and not problems when I went to 10.2.6.
Have you tried that?
