I'm trying to create an interface that will allow me to stream selected video clips. I want to create a back-end for this where the video production team can upload the streams and they will automatically appear on the front-end of the site allowing the site users to select the streams. So I'm looking for a software package which will allow me to do this and allow me to customise the interface and back-end appropriately. Therefore, is Quicktime able to do this? Or do I need something such as Flash Communication Server?
I'm really in the dark with this one so any help or advice would be very much appreciated.
