My friend just launched a new website, BehindTheLyrics. Right now, it's just a typical lyrics website, but he wants it to grow into a good music community, so he's trying to spread the word. Why do you guys think? I'll pass your suggestions on to him. 
He showed me some of the code behind it (PHP), and it's pretty interesting to the geek-types. He's employed a custom caching layer and a lot of other interesting tricks. I know I learned a few things.
