Syncing folders with Mac and PC

Hi,

I'd like to in an easy way synchronize the content in one folder on my iMac running Tiger, with a folder on my work PC running XP. I've windows sharing enabled on the Mac when the both are connected to my home LAN, so the PC can easily reach the Mac. Is there any tool around letting me do this?

Is comandline out of the question? rysnc would have been my suggestion.


browsing apple.com there seems to be sync folders. Never tried it before, but if the mac sees the PC as just another file system....
 
As I cannot make shares on my PC (it's a restricted platform) I have made a share available on the Mac to be acessed fron the PC. So what I would need then is a software to be controlled from the PC rather than from the Mac. Any suggestions?
