Transferring albums from iphoto to ipod

I am having trouble transferring my iphoto albums to my ipod. On my ibook, I have two photo libraries which I select using iphoto-buddy. It took me three hours to import all the photos in one library. I then switched to the other library. When I updated my photos on my ipod, it deleted all the old photos and then installed the new albums (which again took 3 hours - I have a lot of photos).

Is there a way to install iphoto albums from both iphoto libraries?
 
I doubt that you will be able to get both libraries to work. The iPod recognizes that you are linking to a different library and assumes that is the new default. I believe that only solution is to have one library.
