No, the only thing that can be upgraded in the ibook is the hard drive (which isn't something you want to do yourself, there are a lot of little screws to lose, it wasn't intended to be user swappable), the RAM, and the Airport card. It's not possible to change the processor. Sell it and buy a new one.
