VPN Site2Site, server can't see server

I managed to get Site2Site VPN working between two different networks/office buildings using the guide from apple.com.

One network server/gateway is 192.168.0.1 and the other is 192.168.1.1, everything works, every client can see every client and every client can see every server.
So far so good.

But what I can't do is ping from Mac server one (192.168.0.1) to the other mac server on the other network (192.168.1.1) and vice versa.

The VPN Site2Site option is great and very easy to set up, I only need to resolve this last problem, any ideas anyone?

Although i am not familiar with the option, maybe you need to change the setup of the servers to activate the vpn option too.

I presume you can ping from one client to any other (including servers).
