Hi,
I have 9.x and 10.x on the same partition on a Tibook with 10 gigs. To clear up some room I want to get rid of 9.2 completely as I don't think I have ever used it. I believe the only way to completely do this is to delete everything off my HD and reinstall 10.x. However I want to keep all my old programs that I spent hours and days looking for and downloading. I will back my Home to a CD but what of the programs? Is it literally a case of coping them to a CD, even thoes that originally had an installer program? Also fink will have to be backed up too, any advice on how this could be done?
Thanks in advance,
Gav.
