I've been searching for a program for my webcam. I use mac osx and i want a program that simply takes a picture with my Philips webcam and uploads it somewhere every, say, 5 seconds. No more, no less. But I can't find it anywhere! What should I use?

Please help.

You'll need a OS X driver for your camera if it's USB powered. I have a 3Com Home Connect web cam and use the free drivers from http://webcam-osx.sourceforge.net

To do the ftp, you can use EvoCam. It's shareware webcam software which will ftp your pictures to your web site and more.

Isn't there a free one? Cause EvoCam really is good and does exactly what I want, but only for 15 days... :(

I used macam for capture movie and ioxpert and iphoto for downloading images. Ioxpert is not free, but somehow I deleted the files, but it seems I forgot about one file, which let me use the driver with iphoto... So, it turned out freeware for me! ;)

Sorry this makes no sense to me. I try to ignore iPhoto, which is horrible. I just want one program for my webcam to automatically upload an image every 5 seconds. That's it. I think it's ridiculous there aren't tons.
