I am keen to purchase my next Mac (20'' G5 Imac) But do i wait for Tiger to come pre-installed? anyone have any updates on a possible launch date? also will ALL new Macs ship with Tiger installed? Your Thoughts please. :)

Hi. Can anyone tell me if i can move my mail rules from one machine to another. I use 2 Macs to check my mail and would be good not to have to set the rules up twice. I use .mac for isync on bookmarks and address book etc, can it be added there? Anyone? :confused:

Looks good. I would have used a border, maybe the movie one. But you have to be carefull of the costs mounting up on low value items. Also i would hve offered Worlwide postage on such a good (low weight) item. Lots of fans WorldWide, and you do not pay the postage costs. Ive been on E-bay for...

Hi I have erased. It now says untitled. How do i format? Or is it already? It says i can choose a name & partition it?

Sorry. I have looked in further, it says i can erase the whole 37.5 gb LSI logic. It says it will create one large new volume. Should i do this?

I have just purchased the above off E-Bay, it has come formatted for Windoze! The drive mounts ok but i cannot add to it as it is the wrong format. The question is. Can_i_format_it_from_my_mac, Or do i need to use a windoze peecee 1st? I have done a google search but come up with no helpfull...

I have had a look and decided to leave it as is. Maybe if i do a re-install later on i will do it then. The person i got the machine from set the short name to aaa. Just annoys me when i see it. But would annoy me more if i had a bodge job trying to change it. :(

Hi. Its the lighter coloured surround that the power plug goes into and where the pcmcia slot is etc. Does that help?
