yes, i've used sherlock in os 9 but can't find the indexing feature anymore in 10.3.x i'm testing disktracker now at the moment it seems to werk well both on os 9 and osx 10.3.x

Anyone knows a good app to index my hardrives, cd's and server-disks???? We used catalogue on MacOS 9, but the app is old and not updated anymore for X :( It must be a OSX app because on januari we don't want to use 9 anymore (if possible)

I've fount some settings on my osx server. But i'm not sure wat to setup. It's somewhere near the dhcp settings. but we have a different dhcp server. so i'm a little affraid to turn that on.

Finaly!!!! I've got it working!!! there was a codec that frooze up my quicktime. the stranges thing is, that it only happend with the WWDC video. i've removed the following plugin: 3ivx D4 4.0.3 no i have to try if an update will help. Not sure if i need it that much though.

No, i still can't watch the video I can see and hear max. 5 sec. of the video And then it freezes quicktime and the arrow turns into a spinning weel. i've changed the settings of quicktime manualy to port 80 instead of automatic, but that doesn't change anything

I've update to MacOSX 10.2.4 this weekend and now, when i open my Powerbook, i get a message in all languages that i have to shut down or restart my mac by holding the power button for a few seconds or pressing the restart button. Has anyone else have this problem???
