i'm looking to get some ram for my new iMac (whenever i actually get it is another story...) and was wondering what the best deal is for a 512mb stick of ram? as i've never really messed with the new iMacs, i dont know a lot about the type of ram the use.... is it true that they take laptop...

ordered mine this weekend.... the apple store says 3-4 weeks before it ships, but ive read so many different reports of when it ships, im just going to have to wait and find out i guess :)

yea, same here. oh well, at least we're gonna get one SOMEDAY :D and it should come with jaguar preloaded, so we'll save 20 bucks :D

.NET server is basically XP server and XP adv. server..... just a wacky naming scheme on MS's part. not sure if it's even out yet though.

i suppose that it's the state govt trying to stimulate the economy - get people into the stores - obviously i'd like to take advantage of 7% off $2,000 - but i can also order online and get the same savings.
