You can use VLC Player to split an AVI into segments. Its a little buggy in that department though so whether it will work for you is a bit hit and miss.

Thanks for the reply, however I knew I hadn't explained very well. Say i have three photos on my desktop. I import them to iPhoto so now i have 6 photos on my HDD. I cant view the ones stored in 'Pictures' by iPhoto easily due to them being put in folders named like Roll 23...24...25...etc...

Ive got mixed feelings about this. Emails can hold large volumes of data nowadays surely?! If not its often easier to place large files on a data stick for them. Both sender and recieved need to be online for this to work aswell yeah? So loses out to email again there. Ill give it a go though...

Could be a coincidence but im unable to send webcam on aMSN since updating (connection times out. Not tested receiving webcam). If anyone else can test to see if they can thatd be great.
