Update: I had Airport configured incorrectly: It was distributing IP addresses under the Network panel and was negating the Router. Once I shut it off everything worked out fine.

Thanks for the response! :) As it stands the setup will be OS 9 only, which will live on the original HD, where the new 120 gig drive will house daily backups and possibly serve commonly used files amongst our workgroup.

Does anyone know if the G3 minitower will support a 120 gig internal drive? I'm running OS 9. I've been told that it would be better to install an ATA 133 card and then the drive for speed purposes. The primary use will be for daily backups. Are there any issues that I should be aware of...

EDIT: I found out the problem: If the e-mail you want to print has the window opened wide (ie: it encompasses almost your entire screen) Mail will attempt to print your e-mail with the extra space -- hence the reduced font size -- regardless if the message is even one word! To get around...

I have had the exact same problem as well! I have no idea why it happens... I'm investigating various solutions as well. If I come across anything, I'll post it here.
