    File Sharing cannot be enabled

    Hello, A friend's computer (Titanium G4) with 9.1 cannot enable file sharing. Whenever he clicks the Start button, about 2 seconds pass and the uninformative error message appears. "File sharing cannot be enabled" Their is no why, how, or suggestions. Has anybody seen this problem?
