I'm just throwing up a reminder that someone post all the details as they come so I (and others) can quickly see what's going on. Thanks! (who am I kidding, that was going to happen anyway).

I got both updates from Apple's web site (I didn't use Software update because my internet connection is non-existent). Anyway, I'm running 10.1 right now. I have a 466Mhz G4 tower. When I try to install either update, I get to the screen where it asks which drive I want to install the update...

Anyone know what the new security updates did? I know what the ie update took care of but what was the security update? I also noticed that when i checked the build number of 10.1 it was 5L14 insted of 5G64 anyone know?

Once again the rumours abound about a 10.0.5 update with DVD, finder improvements, etc... plus a 10.0.6 update within weeks (appleonlooker- kind of getting into a mean forum, too). I remember following this site like mad and loving the thrill of the, um, "pre-released" 10.0.1 updates. To hell...

Anyone have any idea when Apple will release updates for us OS X ß users? Or else why did they include the Software Update app?
