i dont see why not just as long as both os's support the keyboard and mouse and that means not apple stuff, logitech will do though

It will work. I use a PC (Dell) for my work helpdesk application and my Mac MDD G4 for all other work. It's the Iogear CS-102U with the Mac keyboard and the Dell mouse and all work well together. Good Luck!
