Adjusting the 'GB level" of both 2 partitions?

Hi, I have two partitions on my computer, and one has 30GB, and the other 10GB, anyway to change this? (someone else made these partitions)
 
You can do this, but you will lose all the data on both partitions.
If the data is all backed up (or you don't want it), boot up from your OS X installer CD. Open Disk Utility, click on the Partition tab, set the partitions to the size you want, and go for it.
