After trying to configure my system to print to a Windows shared printer, I discovered that the "Printing & Fax" icon (under System Preferences) is broken (ie, the image is garbled). How can I fix this?
Note: I've always been a Windows user, but I just recently bought a 13" MacBook, and so I'm a novice as far as Macs are concerned. But I was a Java developer until recently, so I can run with whatever suggestions you make.
