Hello and thanks in advance for listening - I've been trying to delete the Veoh
web player but even using the rm -rf command that I read about in another post didn't work - it disappeared from my applications folder but reappeared on my desktop - I can't put it in the Trash because it's open, even tho I've
only used it once - also the console tells me that P2P listening port is now shared: 49516 or 50526 and a lot of stuff I don't understand - except Veoh Web Player - pages of this stuff - the Get Info command told me that hide extensions is checked (I can't uncheck it) and apparently this app just runs all the time - it's my prime suspect for the weird behaviour of my Mac - sometimes I can't log out and I have to hold the power button down for 30+
seconds to shut down. Does this mean my machine is a zombie?
