Capture screen

I am new here and I found this forum when I was looking for a way to capture the screen of my OSx while working on Lightroom.
Lightroom is a program for photography and I would like to post tutorials in Portuguese about it.
My difficulty is finding a program that would allow me to show the screen and record my own voice.
I would then post them on my blog for people to see.
Something like this here for example.

I can always capture the creen with my Canon G9 and talk at the same time but I would like something better, something with better quality.
Can you please be of some help ?

I'm not sure, if this will help, however I'd recommend you to check out Macvide ScreenCap. This is the tool I use for screen video capturing. I used to create video tutorials, but I've never needed to record my own voice, though I guess there's such function...:o

Meanwhile, I could remember that Zack Arias is using for his critiques exactly what I am looking for.

Also available for screen recording are both ScreenFlow and Snapz Pro X -- both pretty decent pieces of software, although I would lean toward Snapz Pro X as a more robust package.
 
The next version of Mac OS X (10.6) is rumoured to having the function integrated into Quicktime X. Should be out in a matter of months.
 
I am a lurk in computers... LOL
I only know how to work with autoCAD, Lightroom, the classical Word and Excel and - going back to photography - very little of Photoshop.
Anyway, the more I know the more I understand that there is much, much more to learn. :)

I have seen Telescream 99 US$ and I immediate found one advantage: I can use as trial. I like that.

However, it is more expensive than the Macvide Screen Cap 31,85 US$ or the Snap Pro X 69 US$.

I have to go and investigate. :)
I like the Snap Pro X in spite of the cost. Why ? Oh well ... LOL

That will be nice fryke when I move into a better Mac. One of those with 4 processors... :)
A powerful machine to process my images very fast ... :)
My Mac is becoming a little slow these days when I am trying to go in CS4 from LR2. :)
 
Snap Pro X has a trial version and which I have downloaded and installed. :)
I read the pdf carefully and what I could get only after making a test video was mov file and not a m4v as I expected.
You all do know of this more than I do.
Am I missing something here ? Or do I have to use another program to make it run as m4v ?
