Close, minimize, and rezize buttons gone???

I noticed that with any app that uses the brushed metal (iphoto, safari, ical, calculator, address book, and more the Close, minimize, and resize buttons gone. If I click in the area they are supposed to be they work though. I just noticed this today after doing my 10.2.4 upgrade. Has anyone else experienced this?

take your theme off, Maybe update the demetalizer, if that's what you have installed

That was my first step. I have themer and I re installed aqua. The apps I listed though arent aqua they are brushed metal by default. Still no luck.

Anyone have any other input? I am still missing my buttons...

Drag these files to the desktop from
user>library>preferences

com.apple.finder.plist
com.apple.iApps.plist
com.apple.systempreferences.plist

Log out and back in and see if it helps.
