In my Console Log, I keep getting the following:
04/12/2011 15:15:52 com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[1659] (com.akamai.client.plist[3864]) Bug: launchd_core_logic.c:4139 (24498):13
04/12/2011 15:15:52 com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[1659] (com.akamai.client.plist[3864]) posix_spawn("/Applications/Akamai/loader.pl", ...): No such file or directory
04/12/2011 15:15:52 com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[1659] (com.akamai.client.plist[3864]) Exited with exit code: 1
04/12/2011 15:15:52 com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[1659] (com.akamai.client.plist) Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds
This is repeated over and over and over and it's filling up my Console constantly! I had a similar issue with MacKeeper doing something similar. I installed a trial of MacKeeper about two weeks ago but then decided that I didn't want it and it did exactly what this Akamai object is doing. I was able to locate some stray MacKeeper files and delete them and that stopped the MacKeeper thing. I have had no luck locating any such stray files for Akamai, though, and I'm not sure what to do now!
Any help would be great, thank you!
