Contact syncinc in iPhone

Greetings,

I added some new contacts directly to my Address Book on my iMac. I was about to sync contacts to the iPhone, but I noticed that the "discrepancy" screen made no mention of the new contacts.

When I sync contacts with the iPhone after creating new contacts on the Address Book application in OS X, does the iPhone wipe out those new contacts since they are not in the iPhone, or will it import those newly created contacts into the iPhone contacts?

Thanks,

They're synched. iTunes doesn't simply overwrite the phone's address book with the computer's, nor does is simply overwrite the computer's with the phone's. Both address books are looked at when synching. So those newly added entries should be added to the iPhone, as can be expected.

If iTunes doesn't erase the contacts in the computer, then why am I getting this warning?

Erh... Doesn't sound like a solution, really...
I've only looked at one of your pictures. If it wants to add 1 and delete 35, this means that on either one device, you've added one contact and deleted 35 contacts.
