Disk utility for G4

I use a G4 400MHz and need a defragger / partitioning utility, what are my options? Drive Genius requires more horsepower....

Both iDefrag and iPartition are supported on G4 400Mhz, they do at least require 10.3.7-

Just wondering how these utilities are rated vs. say Tech Tool Pro?

Techtool pro is the ultimate all in one utility, I dont think comes with partitioning tools. It is also compatible with G4 processors...
