What?
As far as i've learned so far about efi, its like open firmware on a powerpc.
If you mean you want to update it, you shouldn't have to look, it should come up under Software Update.

Let us be clear. Jesse714 is essentially correct. EFI is Intel's answer to Apple/IBM/Motorola's Open Firmware. It is not something that you want to update. If an update is required, then Apple will release an EFI update for your specific hardware. It will be available via Software Update. If there is no EFI update available when you login to Software Update, then there is no EFI update available for your computer and no reason to apply one. Go in peace.
