I've reset your password again, same one I reset to yesterday. Log in and change to what you want to use, then write it down. You should keep a list of all your passwords, either on paper, or in a text files.
Most forums have a link that you can use if you forgot your password. It will be emailed to you.
I would suggest repairing permissions.
Open Disk Utility, it's in your Utility folder. Use that to Repair Permissions.
Next, boot off the OS CD, after the Installer window appears, go to the Installer Menu (at top) and to Disk Utility. Repair the Disk with that, then quit and boot normally.
