Help mac slow down

My mac has been really acting up. When i checked my disk warrior it said that 30 percent of the hd was out of place. And for some reason i cant rebuild it using a diff HD it says there shared so it cant rebuild jaguar. Is there anything i can do to fix all this acting up.
 
Hmm, sometimes if File Sharing is turned on you can't do disk repair. Is File Sharing turned on?

You should be able to do the repair using the DiskWarrior startup disk, which I believe is finally available in the current version.
