How to get out of Speech Feedback?

How to I get out of that thing like quit it down. It says is not an application so I can't force quit it or anything. It's starting to get on my nerves, cause whenever I click the escape key, instead of being for the application I am in, it just activates it. It's really getting annoying. And, there has to be another way than just logging out, right?
 
you mean the thing that talks you every action - window, file....bla, bla?
command + F5 or its in your system preferences under universal access
 
NVM IT DIDNT WORK!!!! It's so damn annoying now, in the apple thing, it has multiple log outs, shut down, and restart and force quit Firefox. Everything I do, it says like open finder, etc. And, even after I shut the thing off in system preferences it still is annoying. Also, there has been a black box around selected finder items and just things on the internet. WTF?
 
Never mind, I did the keyboard shortcut again and everything unusual stopped like it saying everything I did, multiple log outs and such, and the black box. Weird.
