How to get Trash icon/text back in sidebar in Mail.app?

The Trash icon/text has mysteriously disappeared from the sidebar in Mail.app. I have three email accounts that all use IMAP and I cannot figure out how to get it to show up again. I have Inbox, Drafts, Sent, and Junk and all have three accounts listed separately beneath icon.

Can someone tell me how to get it back?
 
Nevermind. It mysteriously started working again after I switched to viewing Small icons back to Large icons.
 
i have the same problem, just as a friend of mine, but for me that trick doesn't work...

any other suggestions?
