Ipod Problem

I have had my Ipod for almost a year now and I have had no problems with it until now. When i try to import a cd into my itunes the song names wont come up. I am online when I try to get the information but it still doesnt work. When i click on the Itunes store it says the network connection was refused. Other programs I have outside of itunes is saying the same thing. What do I do? My computer is a Windows XP and I have a 20GB ipod with the clicker thing.

What programs are and aren't working? What's your ISP? Do you know if there's a firewall installed?

Sounds like a firewall. Sounds like the AOL firewall or XP SP2.

Even if you can't connect to the iTunes music store you should be able to connect to get the track names.

if all other apps are saying connection lost, then you are not online. make sure you are plugged in and there is a connection w/ie.
