problem: installed 10.2 devseed over my 10.1.4
when i tried to login the newly installed 10.2 the logon window stayed there forever but i couldnt get into the system.
so i did a clean install of 10.2 on a re-initialized disk.
worked great.
then i enabled ROOT access via netInfo and set my adminuseraccount to be the default logon one to not having to choose its everytime i turn mac on.
and now --> same situation here. no working logon anymore. on my old 10.1.4 where ive choosen to use existing users/settings in 10.2 i had booth root and default logon enabled. and on the fresh install the problem appeared when i enabled both.
anyone knows if root enabling or autologon is responsible for this?
any fixes?
thanks in advance
