Missing Icons on Menubar??

Hello, ever since Frontrow stopped working my icons have gone missing from the menubar. At start up I get the following message log. Can anyone offer advice as to how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

I'd suspect its attached to the user account since the menu bar populates after the user logs in. Try to login under another user or create another admin user to test with and login.
