MS Word printing problem

New guy with MAC after 20 years on PC's. I recently purchased IMAC and also Office 2004. For some reason, I can't get MSWord to print in black and white - their seems to be no setting to change it anywhere. I don't think I'm all that stupid, but who knows? Printer is an HPOfficejet 4110, and it doesn't have a defualt to B&W setting anywhere. Excel, no problem, there is a B&W setting within the program. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

For me Word has the same print options as excel. on word, select print from the file menu, then click on the 'copies and pages' menu, select 'paper type/quality' and there is a menu next to 'colour' here you can select 'grayscale' which will print in black and white.

hope this helps

Thanks for the quick reply. I got that far before, but in the "Colour" menu, all that is available is "Colorsmart III" Can't get anywhere else from there.
